Application forms and proposals can be submitted online or via e-mail.
Junior Category (S1 to S3)
Online Submission
- Please access the online application form : (google form)
- Fill in the required information and upload your proposal
- The entry should be in PDF format and in A4 size with a 2.5cm margin. The file size should not exceed 1MB with a maximum of 700 words (including punctuation).
- Finally, click the submit button
Email Submission
- Download and fill in the individual application form. Email the completed form along with your entry (in pdf format) to dflp4youth@hkej.com
Senior Category (S4 to S6)
Online Submission
- Please access the online application form: (google form)
- Proceed to the online application form page, fill in the required information, and upload your proposal
- The PowerPoint entry should be in PDF format with a maximum of 8 pages. The file size should not exceed 8MB
- Finally, click the submit button
Email Submission
- Download and fill in the team application form. Email the completed form, and your proposal (the PowerPoint in PDF format with a maximum of 8 pages and a file size not exceeding 8MB) to dflp4youth@hkej.com
Submission deadline: 12 January 2024
The Organiser recommends participants to submit their application forms and proposals in advance to avoid submission failure due to congested network traffic on the deadline.
