- The Organiser or Co-organisers retains the rights to verify participants' identity with personal information provided by the participant, school, teacher, parent/ legal guardian. The participant will be disqualified if he/she fails to provide such personal information. The contact information will not be disclosed to the public or used for any other promotional purposes.
- Participants, schools, teachers, parents/ legal guardians must present identity cards, student ID, or other relevant identity proof for prize collection. Otherwise, the Organiser or Co-organiser may not be able to award prizes to the winning participants.
- Personal information of participant, school, and teacher will be used for event application, contact and communication, survey data collection, result announcement, statistical analysis, etc. Name of participant and school may appear on the website of the Organiser and Co-organisers, other websites, and media.
- The Organiser and Co-organisers retain the rights to publish and distribute all entries and reserve the rights to use the entries for educational, promotional and any other purposes which deem necessary. Participants shall not have any right to edit, modify, object or request the takedown of, and shall not have any intellectual property rights or interest.
